Five years from now...

It seems quite difficult for me to give an account of a day in five years' time, but I'll try anyway. :) So, it is Thursday. I wake up at 6 o'clock (actually it's my husband and daughter who usually wake me up ;)), have a tasty breakfast, and go to one of secondary schools in Wroclaw so as to teach English, of course;)! I finish work at 1 o'clock and, go home to prepare dinner and after that I go shopping with my sister-in-law, who lives very nearby, but we don't have very much time as, both being teachers of English, we both have private lessons in our flats. When my husband comes home from work (he works as a travel agent), he eats dinner, and my mother-in-law, who has been taking care of our little daughter for several hours, can go home. In the evening I spend my time with my family, and call my mum, who lives in Mogilno to give her an account of my busy day. :) I'm just happy!:)

The American President

I was supposed to share my opinion on Obama with you, and, honestly, I've got a problem here. I've never been into politics AT ALL, and I've also never trusted any politician... Obama is not an exception to this rule ;) I've got nothing to write-I only hope he will be a good president, and will make informed choices ;) that'd be all I guess...

My teaching practice

When I was more or less 10, I decided to study English. Unbelievable? But true ;) As soon as I've got into this college, I wanted to be a teacher of English; I was quite sure of that. And when my first lesson came, I was so stressed out that I thought I wouldn't make it. But, in the end, my supervisor was satisfied with the lesson. So was I. I was nervous just before it, but when the class came in, it all disappeared and I was relaxed and calm. I liked it a lot and I still want to be a teacher. :) Now I can see how hard this job is - I've never really thought about it: preparation, stress, etc., but it's worth it! There's only one thing I would definitely change: the salary ;)

My memories

Today I'll write a little bit about my childhood and Christmas that I used to have. In the first picture I'm sitting on Santa's laps (he he I wasn't afraid at all) and I was six then. When I think of my Christmas I remember waiting for the supper and Santa. By an odd coincidence my grandma wasn't there when he was coming. Later I found out that she dressed up and it was she who was this Santa. ;) I really liked Christmas as a child. Each year I would look for presents and one year I managed to find one! And in the second picture you can see me colouring - I really was into it!
